03:03 #32 pits and is still there 18 mins later

03:04 #9 .. steaming up like a good 'un .. looked a bit like a coffee percolator. Out
five mins later

03:06 #17 spins at Hunaudieres … no damage done

03:07 #79 Porsche in routine stop

03:08 #8 Bentley in one minute and out again .. very routine

03:10 #75 in for routine stop

03:11 #16 Playstation Chrysler .. elegant spin .. not the first to do this I hasten to add

03:13 #1 Audi in for pit stop, no driver change, fuel and away … rather like last year
they are making this look a bit easy ..

03:15 #16 Chrysler pits .. fuel …tyres, they look like intermediates .. no driver change
and off they go

03:15 #2 Audi in for tyres, off comes the rear bodywork … possibly a small rear
suspension/damper tweak and away they go …

03:18 #62 Saleen in and out
#74 Porsche also in for routine stop

#63 Corvette in for routine stop ..

03:23 #76 routine check

03:27 .. #1 Audi spins at Dunlop .. whoops that was a bit careless!

03:29 .. #20 Ascari, with no lights showing grinds to halt .. all a bit dodgy 'cos it has
no lights working at all.

03:30 #2 Audi off and stuck at Dunlop .. marshals pushing it … it is not moving ..
replay shows big spin and it went in backwards ... it missed the wall but it is in deep
in gravel. Tractor arrives to pull it out…it will be a long lap home to clear out the
pebbles and check it out.
03:32 Corvette #63 spins at Ford Chicane
#17 has been in, it is one of the Pescarolo Peugeots
No news on the Audi … pit crew looking worried

03:35 #8 Bentley pits, all looks pretty normal back out again.

#63 'Vette is up and running again and heading for pits. Lots and lots of gravel
mucked out and back on its way.

03:38 #14 Chrysler pits …and rejoins

03:39 #58 harmless spin at Ford Chicane.
Saleen #60 pits .. no worries as far as we can see and back out

Still no news about #2 Audi …
Most teams now looking at slicks…

#75 Porsche has spun and continues what has been a bit of an erratic sort of race for
these guys.

#17 spins Ford Chicane and it stuck in gravel, dugout and is now coming down the pit
lane.

03:41 #60 back in because their refuelling went wrong .. all is now well.

#76 also pits and stays for ten minutes ..

03:47 #82 in and out again routine.
#6 Cadillac in and out … they are fitting wets .. everybody else is moving to slicks
…what do they know?! Stalled, starter motor very moody.

03:49 #9 Dome comes into pits and out in 2.5 mins.

#8 Bentley nearly went off at Ford Chicane.. take care boys …

03:50 #64 into pits .. not a schedule stop and into the garage.

#17 lots of gravel after spin but thankfully no damage.
