Right, time to begin the long trip south. Leaving in 30 mins for flight south to La Rochelle and home for the weekend, two days of motocross then a quick empty out of the camper, wash off the bikes, load up the provisions for LM and drive north to La Sarth on Monday morning. Not even O'leary's 'Sky Pirates' can dampen my mood today  Have a great weekend, see (some of) you next week. Bring it on! |

Have a save trip, and have fun over there. Just remember to go before you go on O'learys planes, does he not charge for the toilets now? As he's loosing money now, he needs to make more dosh. And you know what they say - "Every penny counts" oh yea - drive carefully. |

I'm leaving first thing in the morning for the first stage which involves going to look at a couple of cars near Leeds for the missus who wrote hers off last week then across to Liverpool for some liver training. And as the words of a famous John Denver song goes  All my bags aren't packed, I'm not ready to go. See you all soon. Bon Voyage's. |

Can't sleep so sod it, time to leave, all packed up with a few more bits to squeeze in, and a full tank (19gall) of fuel on board. Off to pick Ben up then a lesuirely drive to Dover for the 0800 to Calais.

Leaving when the single seat open wheeled cars start in Turkey. Pembrokeshire, Newport, Wandsworth, Dover, Calais, a lap of the circuit and BN 0900ish.
I hope the Controlers have a copy of Ewan's brilliant site plan.

Driving along the M27, then i see some dodgy looking car with purple racing stripes and a breathern sticker on the bumper. . . . rex was last seen speeding into portsmouth, just past my mates in their un-marked traffic car !!
