Prehaps he has had to resort to digging an escape tunnel.

On the subject of the weather though, today we have had pigeon sized hail, storms, and a bucket load of rain. Same during the night, so hard it woke me up. Rain forecast locally until Wednesday afternoon. Most camping sites are fine since they are sandy, but those on Beauséjour, well, I would be careful about taking your car on the grass!

I've been busy guys, bit of shopping, few new Tshirts, sun cream, sun hat, sun glasses etc...........

.......well it's gonna be much sunnier in Le Sarthe next week that in Morpeth innit!

I'm just going to go, tell her on Thursday afternoon to save a week of grief. Will bring the warm sunny weather with me.

Si, come on you were going to tell her on friday and then we did not hear from you for almost three days! the truth is you told her and she hit you and you have only just got the feeling back in your body to be able to log on... Tell me you are coming buddy, sorry cannot accept the last post, I want to have some real conviction from you, and I do not mean wife murderer!

Have you told your mates where the keys to the van are?

Ladies do not read the next bit... (I have enough chasing me now! honestly)

In all honesty I know exactly where you are coming from, no not Morpeth, pay attention, I also live with a very charming wife who will basically let me do what I want, except when she thinks I am having a bit of a laugh, or I think that she thinks I am, THEN it is very hard to broach the subject of popping off to LM or buying a new Audi especially when she has just been made redundant (last week), I am, it may surprise you, a bit of a softy when it comes to women, it's my female side, but it is much easier to go with the flow than push against it even after nearly 30 years of marriage, (I married at 10 years old).

Hope you can make it buddy, I am on the way now to check the first aid kit and make sure it is full.

Unlike the poor old Commer, who will be left waist deep in grass, wondering why it's master had not called upon her to carry forth the troops into battle, I WILL be heading south to Le Sathe this week!! Some things are just too important Andy. I will walk on broken legs to be there should I have to. Now stop wasting time on here and get that wonderful green vehicle readied for the ferry at once. No more excuses Zarse- you have a duty god damn you!

Based on last year Lynx, I'll agree with you.

Seriously, I've been off line since Thursday when I got some lovely virus that ate my hard drive and everything on it. Nothing serious as all the important stuff is backed up elsewhere. Should be back to normal in the morning with new machine. Tonight I remembered I can use my phone to get on here and see what you've been up to.

Having trouble opening the links for the weather forecasts though- whats the latest for Fri-Sun???

How can all these weather sites get such a range of forecasts?  Surely they all use the same source data?

Wet, dry, mildly moist.

They all use the same source data but different models.  Djet is the man to give you more details.

It's been raining here at Le Mans since we arrived (8am), now it finally begins to dry up.  Hopefully we had enough rain now for the whole week.
