I am one of a group of regular visitors to LM, (Woodcote Wanderers").
We are booked into MB this year and are coming down from St. Malo on Wed. 10/6.
We have 2 MGB's  and a Pug. Estate with the tents and the beer.
Hope to meet up with you.
Heavily supporting Aston Martin.
Cheers,

You're right Barry, Woodcote is over the river in Oxfordshire. I just happen to live South of the river in Hare Hatch. Most of the Woodcote Wanderers live there and we always start our trip to LM from the Black Lion in Woodcote.

Are the Packhorse, Packsaddle and Squirrel still Gales pubs?
Is the Gales still any good now that they have shut down the Horndean brewery, and brewing it elsewhere?
Fond memories of the Woodcote area, ex lived in Benson, and I wrapped my first car round a tree coming back from The Packhorse after lunch one day. Smiley  Gales HSB, loved it!

Try and make it to the saturday evening CA meet, it's a faces to names session.
