This week, of all weeks is the longest of the year, waiting until the first person comes on here to post that they've left home. The bastard really drags.

Next week however is the shortest week. Blink and it's gone.

"Zooosh"
"What was that?"
"That was Le Mans"
"Oh, that was quick. Can I have another go?"
"Nope. Not til next year"

The first person (that I know of) has already left, although he didn't post here.  Dukla left on 29th.

Six more (slowwwwwwww) days for me.

Just putting the finnishing touches to the spit assembly for our pig!
It's being supported by two axle stands - very apt I thought what with there being a motor race occurring too!!

eyelashes permed and tinted

glad you have the priorities sorted Weena

tents? lilos? huh who needs 'em there's always someone with spare spaces...

I looked at the tent this afternoon

it's still hanging by the garage wall where it has been since last year
might look at it tomorrow

if getting the old fat bod prenatured for slight sunwarmth doesnt take over

again

still maybe it wouldn't hurt to kick out the bodies of old French Ants so our aggressive Brummie ones can have a roast ant party in the long grass

I've got over a week befor I leave for Le Mans. Just have to make sure that the inflateable bed still can.
Any news on pool bans for this year or are they now just a thing of the past?

Pools are a thing of the past, ban permanent I believe, to assist space management, I suspect.
After all are you going to buy an extra pitch for a large pool?

...re pools - also the French water restrictions on pools, which I don't believe have changed. Termie will probably know.
