I finally pulled my finger out of my back passage and worked out the 2008 money at the weekend. Once the money from the auction and the DfH baseball caps was put together we raised a whopping £6003!!! I have already spoken with Jack at the AICR and informed him they will be receiving £2001.00. I am waiting to hear from Dominic at the Motorsport Safety Fund. Marius, I shall leave communicating with the Dutch Leukaemia Foundation to you. Let me say a big Thank You to everyone who contributed to the auction - whether that be by supplying items or by bidding - and also to the DfH crew who let us use their stage, drink their beer, and helped with the overall total through the sale of the baseball caps. Thats Very Very impressive, its also thanks to the sharp eyed JPC Auctionier, who caught me trying to hide behind the smallest member of our team and "Help" him bid for the mobile Phone. Ok it was never going to work and I was very drunk, therefore my "fine" of €80 was justified.

I have moved this topic to General Discussion at teh request of Doris as it does not seem to have been read very much.
Given the total raised it most likely should have a higher profile. :-)
I've set it stick for now but will move it back to Fundraising in a couple of weeks.
