First thing that drew my eye was an Aston about to overtake an illegal Audi Wink, and a Peugeot whose team will bugger up the race in the pits again.

Pity it does not show which live band is playing this year.

Looks very dramatic though.

Sadly there will be no Commer at LM this year, so I probably won't do the poster this time either.  Sad

The 2003 and the 2005-2007 official posters looked much nicer, IMO. My personal favourite is the 2005 poster. This year's is not something I would want to see on my wall...  Sad Sad Sad Sad

As a relative newcomer, perhaps you are unaware of the REAL official poster that has been available to CAers for the past few years.  This was last year's for example:

You're either at Le Mans, or waiting for Le Mans!

Nice job Rick. Now the buzzin can start.  But I think the poster should reflect the fact that the commer was towed onto HA last year by another great British institution, a Land Rover Discovery

While the old girl may not make it, I think its only right and proper we respect the memory in the same way we laud the 917's, Aston DBR of past years etc and I think the poster is the right way pay those respects.

In future years people will talk in hushed voices of the time they saw the commer wheeze and cough passed them en route to Le mans when they were children.

The end of a era.
