Technologically, the Nissan GTR is far more interesting than the Aston, I think it looks ace and it makes a very pleasant change from yet another Aston Martin/Corvette and it adds some variety. What's not to like? |

We are all entitled to an opinion, and beauty is in the eye of the beholder of course... Or the designers Labrador in the case of the Datsun.... But I agree it will be great to have some new blood in GT racing, we haven't had any new cars for a while, the current crop are all getting a bit long in the tooth now. |

As a road car you may have a point, but given the relative costs I would think the 350 could give the Aston a run for its money.
As a racer, the Nissan looks every bit as good as the Aston and points towards a brighter future for GT1 with the new Ford GT and the expected Lambo.
The Vette, Aston etc have been good value, but the time has come for some new blood.
