Looks like I'm the first one back.  Had a great time as always, terrific to catch up with some old friends (Matt, Phil, Andy, Mark, Rick, Randy, LT, Martin, Bob, Doris, etc., etc.)  So little time, so many friends to drink beer with.  Superb race, fine weather, great friends, cold beer, couldn't ask for more.
Back to work this week, this is the hard part.

Been a while since I last posted on CA, but after running into so many people in Sebring, I figured it might be a good time to get back after it. Anyway, it was great to see everyone again and look forward to hopefully seeing some of you back over here at Petit.

Good times.  I can't figure out how Fax and I can be at the same racetrack for 3 days on multiple occasions and never meet each other, but so it goes.  Good to see everyone again and meet some new people, too.  Popped my Tropicoma cherry just after the checkered flag.  Thanks again, Mark.

You're either at Le Mans, or waiting for Le Mans!

I survived my second Sebring and arrived home all parts intact, if not in full working order. I cannot fully express the friendlyness, helpfullness and generosity of the locals and in particular the folk at Turn 10. I truly believe that everyone who has ever been to Le Mans should try Sebring ay least once, although I doubt it would remain as one visit. The comparisons are of course there to be made and the direction that Le Mans has been heading in the last few years leaves me in no doubt that Sebring is by far the better experience as far as looking after the paying customer is concerned. Access to the drivers and paddock is on a scale that we can only dream of at Le Mans. The view of the track and closeness of the cars has to be seen to be believed.

Why don't they have a bikini contest at Le Mans?

Why don't they have bands playing every afternoon in a party zone?

Why can't they rip down the bloody awful catch fencing? After all I thought it was the US that was OTT with H&S.

Why can't they have stalls selling kick ass ribs?

I never saw the Gailic shrug or heard the word NON all weekend.

Oh no I'm hooked. More Brownie points to be earned.

I survived another Sebring....my voice is almost back and although I'm nodding off at work today, I hope tomorrow will be better.  It was great to see everyone we met last year again and to meet some I only knew by name...I can add Bob and Andy to the list and it was a pleasure to finally meet you both.  The weather was great, JPC sang Mustang Sally to great fanfare, the racing was very close and we'll all be back next year, hopefully with more folks from accross the pond to meet.

Hey Canada Phil, we ended up with your contribution to the WFO Secret Santa.  Quite a collectable Club Arnage shirt (with the misspelling), so we're calling my husband Phil now.  THANKS, he loves it!

Look what I found. Friday night at F Troop

F Troop did a gig in the Party Zone on Friday afternoon and I watched them doing their sound check. That guy can sure play the drums. Maybe one year we could get them over to Le Mans Cool
