Do we have any idea of total numbers.... This is going to be huge! Rather than the who, where and when spreadsheet we just need How many and when. I would do it but am far too busy at work to do it Wink

Nothing will ever beat last years stagger from MB to HA.... that was evil...
At least there wont be any need for that sort of thing this year. Grin although the 3150 square M of plot we have should allow some good staggering to be done Grin

Once we find out that we'll all have adjoining pitches we might think about getting organized, e.g. like putting all gennies in one place so the noise of these will be restricted to one area and other things, just a thought.

Cheers

Werner
We'll be there too!
Didn't the MB lot organise an site genny for everyone to use a couple of years ago??
Perhaps we could do the same on BN and split the costs amongst everyone
We did organise a genny, producing 100 kW of power and cheap diesel to run it on,  only a low humming sound, having said that, you would need a truck to bring it down and we do not have a big enough group next year to supply or bring it along me thinks. One could look into getting one locally, Bas knows some people who can organize it, give him a heads up if you want this to happen. Provided of course everyone is relatively close together. That year at MB there were no numberd pitches and we secured space for people coming late. So the lines were relatively short and power was in abundance!
30 KW Roy, not 100. Bas has some contacts in the region, who might be able to help us, the 12 of us joining this year won't be able to bring down a 1,5 ton genny, sorry. I'll give Bas a call/mail later this week about it, let'S see what we can arrange!
..... As is Vegas.
I didn't think the old (young) bugger was coming this year?
As the old bugger wanted to come to Le Mans, the young bugger was somehow decided for that he is coming too I believe. Grin

You should have stayed on MB for the night.  Strolling back first thing the following morning was much more civilised.

Thanks for reminding me of that sordid incident Bob.  I had tried for the past 7 months to erase that from my memory.  Now it has all come flooding back.  Time for another spell in the Priory  Cry

Its amazing how in the space of a day or 2 everyone has gone from doom and gloom about camping to being on the brink of a mass CA gathering on one campsite Grin I will have to pick a night to go walk about with a CA T-shirt on as this looks like the best year yet to put a lot of faces to names. 2009 is looking up Grin Mike

Mike,

You will be most honoured in the CA Massive at BN. It may be the best yet.

Peter is unavailable this year obviously.

I've agreed  to undertake this based on a spreadsheet. We need to keep this format due to the amount of people and campsites.

But, should you decide differently and just have numbers, you will not know where people are, thier numbers etc unless you know thier personal contact details.
