Time for an update....
Having been through interesting times it has taken a while to get things moving but I can report that I have been out in her today and all is well, apart from a leaky wheel cylinder and a tyre missing a valve. That will all be sorted this week.
All the stickers have been removed and she will be taken for a steam clean during the week and then etched and primed before going on Holiday to somewhere warm to have the topcoats applied.
The tired interior will be stripped out along with lots of the soundproofing to save wieght.
I will post some pics as soon as there are any major changes... at the moment she is just green and sorry looking.

That will soon change Grin

Oh and with all tyres at the correct pressure she achieved 10mph more on the return trip up the A35 than on the outbound.  Cheesy

Indeed...  My word did she romp with the correct tire pressures... I could have hit 60mph if my much needed watering hole had not appeared.
She will be at LM looking like .......................................... (not my Auntie Dennis)

No bids, so its well overpriced, and it doesn't include the turret. Cry  It'll cost a fortune to recover too.

Rex, any plans for a turret, or would it ruin the aero package Grin

Interesting to say the least but somewhat of an inflated price!! I was £1000 out on the start price.
Particularly impressed by the full description of something so unusual... The roof dome is interesting, but without it its "Scrap lorry with box with hole in cab roof" Grin
