Bob - you often go on about your ski trips to Whistler.

NOW -The mother of all Cable car runs! 

Have you seen this opens 12th Dec 08.

Span between towers - 1.88 miles!
Highest height above ground - 1427 ft

worth seeing the clips, not sure if I read somewhere that the Gondola's have glass floors!

No worries. I thought I told you I did the stunts for Richard Burton in Where Eagles Dare Cool.

 The price they were quoting last year was $5 a trip and I believe that only 2 cars will have glass floors so quite a few $5 will be spent hoping to get a glass floor. That's good marketing.

In Singapore there is a cable car that links the main land to Sentosa Island. Some of theirs have glass floors, but IIRC you have to pay extra to have one of them!
