The only self appointed peer on Maison Blanche!

Erm, I don't know how this happened but it's entirely feasible that Lady Steve will be coming with me next year.
The delights of Maison Blanche just aren't going to appeal so I was thinking about flying into either Paris or one of the provincial airports and renting.

My options are therefore:

1. Fly, rent car, camp offsite.
Does anyone know of a nice, ahem, quiet and well serviced campsite nearby with a shuttle to the circuit?
2. Fly, rent motorhome, camp offsite.
Ditto
3. As above but travelling by train.

Stayed with Club Motorsport this year.

They operate just outside of Arnage, with an informal wooded site, good wash/loo facilities, reasonably priced but limited choice bar. Catering was very good and there was a live band and party on the Saturday night.
There is a coach shuttle at pre determined times, although this didn't work too well for us.
The site is pretty quiet and very relaxed.

Was on Club Motorpsort a few years ago - it's a good option for the possibility you may face, and not at rip-off prices.  The coach shuttle can be taken or left depending on whether it fits in with plans, provided that you have got a car to get out and about.
