The Pre meeting test days took place a few days ago and as a taster for those of us lucky souls here are some photos taken by 'a friend'

Nick Masons GTO looked splended and was being driven hard by Darios Franchittis (spl?) brother, Peter Hardman was in a 330 that was very very quick , star of the show was the rather slower, Aston Project car.

Looking forward to the weekend and hoping the fine weather will hold.

Dragging my E type out of the garage for this event (Assuming MOT Pass)

Cheryl was hoping to get a special dress but was let down by the supplier late today.

I am looking forward to all the racing regardless.

Second that Mr Z. Lady PP has an interesting outfit and mine is still in the planning stages. I was reminded that cross dressing and gayness was illegal in those days so have had to have a re think.

Looks like the Gypsy and the Tramp... No need to buy any new clothes! Evil

Rex, you'd make a lovely Quentin Crisp and he was certainly flouncing around back in those days.

Lady PP and I had a fantastic day. Great to catch up with everyone and start Andy Z's birthday bash off in fine style.
Dressing as Gypsy's felt a little too familiar at times but what a fab day out....

Roll on next year Grin

Had a great day on Sunday only spoilt by the women singing the WI favorite Jerusalem during the lunch break, but thats a minor concern when so many fab cars were on track and in the paddock.

I have uploaded my photos from the event to bore entertain you with Grin.

Shame the Vulcan was not able to make it, it would have looked stunning with the Sussex Downs as a backdrop and the skys were prefect.
