Steve

half list price if two years old...

Is it the red b*gger they used as trackday control last year at Marham? Grin

Jeez that was a swift mobile, dealer's runabout from some place in Eastangular.

I dont often drool at modern cars, but for the Monaro I will make a rare exception.

I've just joined the ranks of Impreza owners - picked myself up a 2005 WRX with the Prodrive pack added. Its brutal!  Grin

I thought I would miss the Alfa and all the stress it caused me. Alfa what Alfa!

I would love to go to this gathering but I'm having to go to the outlaws. Poo.

I for one plan on setting up a chair with a few beers on my local bridge over the M6 to watch the convoy go past and hanging a scottish flag and a Subaru banner (If my local dealer will lend me one for the day) to salute those taking part.

Chris please give a wave for me.

Hi there,

As one of the organisers of the McRae event, I just had to register to say Sir, you are a gentleman. Yes, we're Googling and amazed at the support we're seeing for our little (or not so little!) tribute event from right across the globe.

I'll be running a stickered-up black 07 WRX up towards the front of the convoy - if I see a guy in a chair with a beer and a Scotland flag I'll be sure to give you a wave Smiley

All the best

Just been to Charnock Richard services, and wow what a sight to behold ! Something like 600 Subaru's all in one place. You couldn't swing a stick without hitting a Subaru.

The traffic officers were well happy once they all left ! LOL !

The gathering has been filmed by the Fifth Gear Crew and will be on the box either next monday or the one after. All the Sccoby's formed the name Colin at Prodrives test facility near Warwick. Nigel from my lot was in a puke coloured forrester which was in the N for Colin. I will post some photos of the day when he sends them over to me in the next day or so. He's still grinning from the day as he had his photo taken with Vicki BH from the show Tongue

By the sounds of things you'd have had trouble working out which one Chris was as there were loads of people hanging over bridges!

It looks fantastic, I'll look out for the Fifth Gear footage.  What a fantastic tribute to a fantastic man.
