i spoke to peter today. he's in for another few days. i thought he said right arm. he sounded thoughery pissed off too.

at the critical time he was sober !!

If he had consumed the dreded alchohol, he would have damaged anything except his pride.

At least I can shake hands with him now in a natural way!! Grin

Any news on how he's going? Growling, muttering, or just needing Leffe?  Grin

hi all, this all one finger typing. at home after nearly a week in hospital. i'm fine albeit thoroughly pissed off missing the classic again.

had my right humorous nailed and screwed on friday after a four hour operation. many thanks for the messages of good wishes will get round to replying in the next few days.

its strange being left handed, might keep it this way.

One handed typing usually only suggests one thing when online, but you've got a bloody good excuse. It's when you admit to no handed typing that we should worry.

Get well soon, I hope all goes according to plan. As for missing the classic, there's always the goodwood revival.

Take care of yourself, and next time, use the sofa!

Peter,

Good to hear you are back and around with a sense of humour remaining intact, even if you are understandably pi**ed off sat missing the Classic - at least you can be pleased that you weren't planning to go to Fairford for RIAT  Wink

Hi Peter,
Hope your feeling better, welcome to the "been rebuilt with screws & pins club".  If nothing else the scars always make good conversation starters, and women for some bizarre reason seem to love 'em.
Cheers Peter,
