I've just received this from ACO.

Unfortunately I cant get it to fit on one page, If anyone else can , can you post the instructions on how to do it!

It prints over 4 pages, so I did think about sticking it together, but then I'd have to post it rather than fax or email it.
I've asked for them to send me one that fits on a page.

Ok , so I got out the round ended plastic scissors and some glue, and now its just a bit bigger than it should be so I think it will be ok to fax.

I got it in one piece. it's not perfect but once a fax machine has finished with it'll be ok
