Anyone know if/when this is going ahead this year.

Heard it may be in July rather than Sept?

It's not scheduled till 2004. But I also heard it's in July not Sept like this year. Anyway, I would not be surprised if it doesn't go ahead at all, it cost the ACO over a million euros just to close the road last time and I understand they lost a packet overall. Great fun though I thought, just glad I was there.

Any news on the grid for this years support act, the Legends race?

From what I hear it will definately be going ahead in July next year (subject to permits etc) I can thoroughly recommend this to anyone - I still have the fond memory of a 914/6 taking out a T70 around Arnage........... Grin

Definitely 2004 for the next Classic, but in the meantime, we do indeed have the Legend support race back this year.

No news on grid yet but important announcement over the weekend was that this year's Legend support event will be run over an hour and be for two drivers per car with mandatory driver change!

Spoke to Dinger over the weekend but the thought didn't occur to me to ask him if he would be driving in the Legend event in a 917 or similar .. doh!
