Still another 61 hours to go until we set sail from Pompey.
I'll take out my frustration on the punters, they'll appreciate a bit of swift justice!

Right, that's it.  Shutting down the PC and heading off home to pack the car.  Anyone on the 23h00 LD line from pompey tonight, see you there, otherwise I'm the bald one on BN

safe driving

I would live to be spending tonite packing my car and worrying over ferry strikes, breakdowns (both mental and mechanical) and running out of money before I hit the gift shop at Calais for a pressie for my wife.

I am sure this year will be the best ever, and sods law has dictated it that i will miss it after sitting thru many a boreathon over the years.

But never mind no more carping, it was my choice and I hope you lot enjoy yourselves and keep it tidy for my visit in July.

Could be worse - I won't be the other side of La Manche until Friday morning...

One last sleep in near desert-like heat then mince around at work for a few hours (like I usually do) before hitting rudmore cellars for what I can only presume will be a very silly night.
