For all of us who like a drink or two at Le Mans

Try this, made me smile - think I'm going to be pickled!

http://www.nhs.uk/drinkcheck

http://www.units.nhs.uk/unitCalculator.html

Know Your Units
The NHS recommends that:
Men should not regularly drink more than three to four units of alcohol per day.
Women should not regularly drink more than two to three units of alcohol per day.

Do not think I'll bother keeping count.

The only unit I recognise is -

The Dr, ordering another round.

You're either at Le Mans, or waiting for Le Mans!

Wow, not even at Le Mans yet.

Higher risk
Your results, according to the AUDIT questionnaire you have just filled out, suggest that you're at higher risk of harming your health as a result of drinking

Just done the test with honest answers ended up in the higher risk category.

So this worried me somewhat and concerned me that I may have to adjust my behaviour at Le mans!

So I filled it in with Lemans period answers

Higher intake, not remembering what happened the night before and needing a drink in the morning to get going.

New result  - still high rish

So no change needed then !

I don't think it takes a computer to work out if you're higer risk.

If fact, "Do you log on to Club Arnage" should have been one of the questions
