My ABS sensor arrived today so will fit it tomorrow all being well.
Kev, if all else fails my Astra will be doing nothing while I'm at Le Mans, so let me know if you're stuck.
will do Gord, thank you Smiley

kev.......

Car bits arrived?, you were driving to work rather slow this morning Wink

Well mines had its oil changed...........an absolute bargain with the local BMW dealership in Chester Angry

New rear tyres to be fitted on Monday and I think a quick polish is in order before the off

You mean they didn't give it a valet when they did the oil change?

Just got back my 30 year old Aston (delivered) back from Oselli after it's pre LM checkover and oil and plugs and its been washed and hoovered, even the tyres shine!

Keep your chin up Kev, I'm sure it will all work out for the best!

i wouldnt let a bmw dealer wash my car have you seen how they do it and what they use  Cry

i am (even tho i broke a door handle tonight  Roll Eyes)

Its the Airflow meter on the Nissan. New secondhand one in post from owners club today but she wont be goin to LM. Too much of a risk as there wont be enough time to do a full shakedown.
The supercav will be making a guest appearance!

Aw Rex. A shonky AMM (Which let's not forget, had been liberally doused in rodent piss) is no reason to lose faith in a motor.

Where would Zarse be if he let minor tech. worries change his plans.

Here, that's where;- http://www.motorhomes.moonfruit.com/

What if Supercav eats another cambelt?

Audi is in for a full service on monday with four new tyres included... ouch

Will borrow the daughters Cooper S... Bit of fun for the day

Aired the tent today, got my seat out and sat under the canopy for a while with a smoke and a beer. Lovely and sunny, pixxing with sweat. Watched the qually for MotoGP... out for a meal and a piss up with the missus and a couple of friends tonight... just how you should spend a saturday.

Precisely. I would be bitterly disappoiunted if the Niss was left behind Rex. I can easily get the Commer to lay a curse on the Cav you know...  Shocked

Hmm.
Wait and see how it all goes now.
Not wishing to err on the downside of things but Niss UK have deleted all 300C parts. She really is Rocking Horse Poop now.....
Commer Curse aside, Lady PP and her Ginger Venom..... shocking results!

Rex

I've got RAC cover which is sort of 'spare' - the car I'm travelling to LM in still has VW european assistance.

If you want to 'borrow' the membership, let mek now, and I'll PM you the relevant details.

If anyone from the RAC is reading this, I am, of course, joking.

Just fitted a new front bumper and left wing. Also just got my 17" alloys back from the painter today, so I'm almost ready. Now I'm just waiting for...I don't know what it's called in english - race springs and dampers I think, so my Focus estate no longer will be flying up mid air.

And the front and wing - a small sign and a little tree destroyed the old parts Roll Eyes Some idiot behind the wheel tried to go...too fast, in a tight corner. We'll now I know how NOT to do that again Angry

Replacement engine arrived only 8 DAYS ! after i had paid for it. Rough arse bastards had still sawed it from the donor car and managed to cut into the turbo and sever another needed pipe fitting ! So thats more work needed swapping the parts out from my knackered engine. Angry
