Jamie Campbell-Walter won't be fit either after his accident at Monza.

Shame that both are going to miss the race.

Le Mans - the how you get there is not quite as important as being there.

What a novelty, Oreca naming another yet Frenchman as their driver. Sad  They are as bad as miserable Henri P and his bunch of garlic noshers. Surely there has to be somebody better qualified than that?

Shame for Ortelli though. He stood chatting to a few of us one year (maybe at Sebring??) and came across as just a plain nice guy...

He must be ok as a driver otherwise De Ferran wouldn't have picked him to drive his new Acura in the ALMS

It was at Spa Geoff. The year we stayed with DfH at the Youth Hostel.

He had lots of time for the fans, and when the team tried to call him in he told them to wait because he was talking to us!  Grin

He's one of the nice guys.  In fact you've reminded me that somewhere, I have a poster signed by him from Spa last year that goes with a photograph of him signing it.  Must hook it out for the auction.
