Aside from sorting out the van, hiring the generator, buying a marquee, bbq, tent, mattress, sleeping bag, picking up 3 fridges, finding a cheap 3 piece suite on ebay, seeing if Mark's trailer will fit in the van, rendezvousing with everyone who wants stuff taken down, giving camping tickets to Brethren advanced party, selling spare tickets, arranging pick up time for GA's on arrival, finding spending money, changing spending money into Euros and actually booking the time off work I'm there already  Undecided

Well thats it, less than 100 hours (96 to be precise) and some of the Liverpool boys crew will be popping the fizzy wine corks on the ferry port at Pompey, filled to the brim with ale from "The Swan" at Newbury and the good old "Rudmore Cellars" see you in the bar Mr Toad.
Bloody excited now Cool

Thinking about it.

Brian, do you mean the one just over the roundabout having come down the hill after coming past Newbury Town Centre??

I went past there about a month ago and it was being refurbished (or knocked down!) Haven't been past lately but it could cause a minor problem!

Would be happy to suggest alternatives if necessary!!

I'll go home that way tonight to find out whether it's finished. Otherwise will find a suitable alternative.

Any particular requests? Real Ales, Pub Grub, good range of Malts??

The Swan in Newbury? Crikey, there's a coincidence! An old mate from Birmingham, who came to LM with us in 1991, lost his virginity to the landlady/bar maid (can't remember which) in The Swan many many years ago.
