If this does not work, it is also available over on Beermountain.

I don't get why this is such a hot issue.

You can get the darn thing from Beermountian, along with some other campsite layouts.

I suggest you take this up directly with Mr Toad of Beermountain.  He has expressly and specifically asked that those maps are not reproduced away from Beermountain.

I suppose what I mean is, give an explanation as to why this particular map needs high level clearance.

Just deleting it without an explanation is not very helpful.

Or when deleting it, post a link to the location on Beermountain so people can get it from there.

I think the issue is that teh ACO have not made the mpas public. Someone, at another forum, has obtained a map from somewhere that needs to remain anonymous. To view it on that other forum, you have to be a member. Therefore the map is not in the public domain.

That said, Paddy and I have questions as to the accuracy of the map anyway as if you look at the shape of it and the obvious gaps for tracks, it looks like it is upside down and that what the map says is trackside is in fact next to the road!

I'm just waiting until Monday when people start to arrive to find out what the actual situation is!

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought that if you attach a picture using the additional options button (rather than using a link to an external source) the picture is stored on the CA server and is not viewable unless you are a member, therefore the picture is not in the public domain.

My group's on Rang 6-12, Places 14&15, and R13/P14.

New roll of barrier tape procured yesterday at Build Center for £6 Smiley

Last year, they had marked pitched but they were allocated on arrival as far as I could see - I'll be taking the invoice with me again this year just in case the allocation descends into any kind of farce...

cheers

OK, well if i can't view the map, please can someone who has seen the map try and explain what I have . I have six tickets with Rang numbers from 11 - 16 all have the same place number of 40 So I assume these are all in one long strip.

But I also have another ticket which is Rang 16 place 39

So I'm i correct in thinking that I have a strip of six pitches with an extra one on the side at one end So I basically have a long L shape of pitches. If thats the case it may well be worth me keeping the double width pitch and selling the ones at the other end.

Does this sound right or is my logic all wrong ? Roll Eyes

Please be corrected.  You only need to be a member to post.  The world and his wife can view the forum.

I have noticed that sometimes you have to be actually logged in to view pictures tho.  I assume its the way the poster attach the picture, because I have noticed that its certain people who seem to have this so you cant view and others you can always view.

Yes, the world & his wife can view the forum but, as I tried to say & Fran has said, you have to be logged in to see picture attachments. Pictures linked off site can be seen by all.
