Guys

As amusing as the last month has been for some of you, is there any chance of getting back to playing the quiz properly next month?

It's just that there are about 25 people who play regularly and two days ago there were 75 players!

I understand that some of you have just discovered how to cheat every time which accounts for the plethora of sub 25 second times (about the lowest you can do it without cheating) but it does rather detract from the fun (admittedly my 17 seconds wasn't ENTIRELY above board!)

Peter will be surprised to hear but I only actually have 3 user names. Robspot is obviously me, Colonel Quim is a second I have used on and off over the past year and PeterTheCheater is one just created.

So come on, I've outed my aliases, time for everyone else to do the same.

You're either at Le Mans, or waiting for Le Mans!

At the Wokingham meet on Friday there was quite a bit of speculation as to who Colonel Quim was. Your name wasn't metioned for that one. I thought it was the same person as Morning Major. As we are fessing up, BOB U and MBPikey are one and the same, the only other I have used is poobarpisshead until it was sussed at the end of last year. I have never used any others.

Your turn Peter. Or maybe you should wait until the new server is on line so we have more space to list them all Grin

I would be quite happy to see a new start, good suggestion Robspot.

Nobby Diesel = Nobby Diesel. No others.

I know how to create an alias and cheat it, but don't bother.

I only ever had the one login and stopped playing when it became an obvious farce, with so many ridiculous times being posted I didn't see the point of playing anymore, as I didn't have the time of inclination to setup multiple logins etc etc.

My wife was playing also under the name prinsesje, and as we share the internetconnection, it happened a few times that we got the same questions. I can assure you that the name prinsesje won't be used anymore.

This film should be played at high volume, so don't come complaining about it! And who the hell is Steve?

Was 'Steve Brown' (obviously) and have had a go with 'Weasel' occasionally.
Haven't played this month since the alias explosion.

I have started a new quiz but am still setting it up. Maybe people can try it this month. The best thing about doing our own is I can choose different categories each day instead of funtrivia every day.

You'll need to create an id for it but if you use the same password as Dreamracers it should just log you in and out of each quiz as you go.

I did try this with Peter ages ago but we couldn't get it too work. See how you go!

another difficulty is if you've played in quizz 1 you are unable to take part in quizz 2 using the same name.

so i have had to create another name.
If you log out of one quiz 1 you can create the same username in quiz 2. You just have to log in & out of each quiz.

From the quiz: "Note: If you play in more than one private tournament, you must register in each separately, and you must log out of one game before logging into another."

Le Mans - the how you get there is not quite as important as being there.
