Tricky!!!!

I think it's a custom one built on a AWD military chassis, ordered by the city of Duisburg in Germany.
They seem to like exteme fire engines there.
Built possibly by MAN?

mmmmm, well its not AWD, but the chassis manufacture does have military skills and also makes crane chassis.

Have been in business for over 150 years and made one of the first horse drawn fire engines.

Oh yea, also now a japanese manufacture, so haves both names on their cranes.

So who is it?
