What's the best beer you've ever had, and where did you have it. Only one post each, so make it count.

KEO from Cyprus. Most bars over there only sell it in big 1 and a 1/2 pint bottles for roughly £1.50. Funny thing is it only tastes good in a bar or next to a pool in Cyprus

Budvar....Anywhere....Boozer 'round here has it on draught, which is nice! Hoegaarden is a close second (but needs a lime segment in it (lemon is second choice))

Not a big fan of beer in general (prefer the hard stuff) but I always go back to Carlsberg Elephant Beer.

Although I generally have Bass or and decent Bitter.
The best I have tasted is Brown and Mild. OK it's 2 beers BUT is is one glass, so probably classed as a Cocktail.
Any decent Mild with Manns Brown, shere frigging Nectar.

Victoria Bitter - a hot day in Cairnes while working on the dive boats. I know it's all about where you were at the time but I was forced to drink this muck on Qantas last week. Filth. Utter filth.

How the hell can 'Bass' and 'decent bitter' be used in the same sentence - mutually exclusive.

To my palette, Bass tastes of warm sick mixed with malt vinegar.
