I ask them who they are calling, if they say the household owner I say well you will need to speak with Sir Richard Branson, who does not need free flights or a timeshare!

Wish I thought of that when a***hole for a double glazing company called me last week.

Or even last year when the Morons called (sorry Mormons)!

That's great.  Grin

While this isn't intentionally humorous, I think we can all probably identify with the infuriating customer service call.  This is astonishing.  You can almost hear the guy contemplating putting a gun in his mouth.  It's been all over the 'net, so I apologize if it's a repost.

Mr. Zarse, how the devil are you old fruit?

To quote our favourite Insurance Dog (and I don't mean the local 'bike' at Budget in Peterborough) ... OH-HOH YE-HESSS! Just try keeping me away .. my 27th this year  Grin Despite the best efforts of the trog-bitch-from-hell-soon-to-be-ex-missus (do I sound bitter?)...

Allocated MB but they haven't taken the money off the card yet, but will be there somewhere for sure!

How is that fabulous piece of British engineering .. making it again this year?

Been there, done that and got the t shirtscars. Keep smiling Rick it does get better but they still remain trog-bitches-from-hell and try and stop you seeing your kids (delete the last bit if not appropriate). Not that i still have a chip on my shoulder or anything!
See you in June perhaps so we can berate ex-wives over a beer or several.
