You're not Willy Wonka perchance ?

If you are, I tell you what, we could use a bunch of those of those freeking Oompa loompas for securiteye and also to hold my goddam freeking fireworks. Wadda ya reckon? Can we cut a deal dude?

I think all of us who put their request in for MB via Termie have got a serious problem Undecided

Quote
Dear Sir,

We regret to inform you that you won't have places in Maison Blanche as there are works in this field and we lose a lot of places, you will be certainly in Bleu Nord.

Yours faithfully.

Service Rιservation / Booking Office

So you cannot book earlier than the 3rd of June 2007, and then it's still too late?
My guess is I will not be the only one who will be rejected for MB Angry

Damn and blast. I dithered and eventually decided (at the very last minute) to go with the flow.

Not only that, but I also altered my "standing order" down to three tickets...

Shoulda left well alone...

Nevertheless, can we be assured that DfH will host the same great hospitality in another field?

A field won't change our hospitality, rest assured. The ambience will be slightly different, that I can guarantee. It just sucks bigtime, but it looks to me that there will be a lot less space on MB from now on. Damm construction all over the place, makes me not want to return to the french plonkers any longer. Am I right in thinking that everybody who books direct with the ACO has been let down, but if you go through an agency, you've got MB passes.

Another example of French efficiency.

For the past 10 or more years I have faxed my order in March for the following year. So true to form I booked in March 07 for the 08 race. I have always received acknowledgment of my order about September time although it has always been stated that I wouldn't receive my invoice until the usual time. Fair enough. This has always worked well until this year.

Jonny Frog it seems, has changed the booking system without bothering to tell me.  After a phone call this afternoon to inquire about my booking I have found out that any orders received before 1st June have been ignored. No acknowledgments in future, straight in the shredder.

That leaves me in desperate need of a visit to the "sh*t Creek Paddle Store"

So, for the first time ever I am in need of tickets. Anyone with 3 HA they don't need look no further I will buy them.

Or is it that you booked early, haven't received your confirmation and not getting the tickets?

That's the one. Before, I have received acknowledgment of my order but not confirmation that I would actually receive it until the invoice was delivered. The girl I spoke to actually told me that all orders received before 1st June were binned. When I asked why I was not told so I could book after June 1st her English became very sketchy.

Gives me the feeling that the ACO don't want the likes of us at their race. Perhaps they will change their f**k*ng tune when Audi and other manufactures get bored with it and disappear along with their money and cooperate guests. What would happen as in 1992 when only 28 cars turned up with a meazley 14 finishers? They would bend over backwards to help the loyal paying punters then. bastards

That's the answer. Deb did a personal delivery with a block booking on, I think, 1st June.
