Wasn't it normally a week after LM24? That would make this edition of FoS rather late then Undecided

Oh well, my guess is Andy Zarse can pursuade you easily to go to the Classic24 Wink

The FOS always clashes with another major sporting event. The first classic actually ran on the same weekend as the Revival!

A sort of retro thingy at the Goodwood place they tell me

Old soldiers in worn out RAF blues and girls with bovril and eye liner pencil on their legs?

Is that the one? (Thinking about this I bet I got it wrong again)

Oh yes and any car that couldnt make it to La Sarthe

If I was willing to spend alot of dosh to go south so soon after 24heures Du Mans, I would be back en France again meself!

But maybe one day...

Not another incorrect answer there Perdu!

The FOS (June/July) is where mostly modern and prototype cars are shown off.

The Revival (September) is where the tweed jackets and RAF types are out.

I'd like to go to the FOS one day, but next year I'll prefer the LM Classic.

Went in '03, and it's definitely worth going. As long as it's still as open as it was at that time, me thinks Undecided

Great planning by his Lordship.

There are suprisingly few weekends available for the FOS during the summer.

Now that the FOS attracts most F1 and WRC teams it needs to avoid a clash with them. It can't clash with the Le Mans 24 hr either so it only leaves one or two weekends.

I must say I was not too impressed the last time I went so will not fine to too hard to head south for the classic next year

I've been to the Revival and the FOS......and was none too impressed with the FOS.

Prefered the Revival, and would go again.
