http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/motorsport/formula_one/7038494.stmSo, big cheese at the Spanish Motorsport Federation complains to Max Mosely that he doesn't think reigning (double) world champ Alonso will get a fair crack at the title, come next week at Interlagos.
The day McLaren sees the back of Alonso, the happier everyone will be - a talented driver, yes, but if you see the "Bernie not happy with Grumpy-guts Kimi & Alonso" story in Autocar this week, and the accompanying photo, you'll think their image would be a lot better without him.
I almost hope that Alonso beaches himself in a gravel trap after trying to heroically pass Hamilton round the ouside, then he'll have no-one to blame for his position, or his failure to beat the rookie, but on himself. Trying to say it's all down to the team giving favour to the local lad, is just sour grapes if you ask me.
