We're planning on going to Silverstone on Saturday for the first few hours of the BritCar 24 hours, then to Donington on Sunday for the RWS.  Not sure where we're sleeping yet, not got that far with the planning  Roll Eyes

Now going on Saturday, just looked at the web site, - Children under 16 do not need a ticket, as long as they accompanied by an adult. That means I know have 2 spare tickets. - Tickets can be used both days.

If anyone wants them let me know, could arrange a meet on Sat, think post is out now.

Some pics from the Sunday at Donnington. Geezz, I thought traffic at the BGP was bad but DP this weekend was a nightmare! Anyway, here's some of the best of my snaps:

The ING Renault F1 (I think this was Alonso's winning car from last year just repainted) doing a test start at Starkeys:

The leading car of sunday's WSR race, Carlin's Mikhail Aleshin in the Red Bull Luk Oil sponsored Renault going well

Until he binned it one lap after the SC went in (doh!)

No probs mate, I can fix it but it's gonna cost you, you got your RAC membership card handy?

One of the Meganes

The leading Clio

And finally, a few of the more 'interesting' sights from Sunday:

There were a lot of people there, bizarrely they were stopping people turning right out of the paddock exit and making them go left to join the queue coming out of the main entrance  Huh  until we drove through the cones to turn right and lots of others followed  Grin

The ING car certainly isn't one of this year's, even on a promotional day that could be construed as unauthorised testing  Roll Eyes

Some of my efforts, including the lovely Alpine A443 (442B Huh) and one of the strange Méganes.....
