Its a girl! Born at 11:05 this morn. Mrs S and junior doing fine. We've named her Daisy Anaïs. Absolutely thrilled and more than slightly knackered. Thanks for the kind words, I'll pass on your regards to the clan. Forgive me but I'm off for a cold one and a small blub- absolutely over the moon guys!
Catch up with all soon and yes, a christening at the poo bar would be special!
Cheers again

Many congratulations! Nice to hear (read) all is fine. Cool name too! Cool

Don't know wheather this is your first child, but in that case you must have a strange night up ahead. I remember I left the hospital after my son was born and went home by myself for (whatever was left of) the night.

When you wake up tomorrow morning, it will be the last time in your own home this quiet! Grin

Congratulations Si  Grin

Nice name (not sure what's wrong with Lola though Wink )

You know she doesn't actually have to be in LM for her Christening - we can do it virtually  Grin

Hi Piglet- our first girl got the coveted name Lola, have been trying to think of a Lm related name for this one for weeks, VqDaves suggestion of Panoz was just a little too outlandish for us! Grin
Cheers Paddy, I'm enjoying the calm before the storm!

MANY CONGRATULATIONS

I know it's very difficult for the Dad, but I sincerely hope Mrs S and Daisy Anaïs are both doing well.

Daisy Courage Bentley Anaïs sounds quite good.

Just enjoy.

Well done, its always a joy when a new Le mans fan joins the world.
As for names I always thought Trete Rouge would have been the name to have for a girl, well better than Dunlop Chicane anyway.

Well done to one and all - well particularly to Mrs S and the new sprogette, as in time-honoured fashion, they did most of the work.  Not much name inspiration from the MG world I'm afraid with a rough range of C, P, J, K3, N, TA-F, A, B, C, F, Magnette and Midget to choose from.....

Many congratulations! It's only the first 18 years that are bad then it gets worse....
(Piglet will kill me for this) If all goes to plan "we" are going to be Grandparents in November!   My son we think managed to "do the deed" at our wedding in February, so I guess it's my fault and I only kissed the girl once!  angel
