I felt it about time to provide a statement of the finanancial status of the CA Server Fund.

About 50 members have made donations of varying amounts, and together with the revenues from the sales of T shirts, polo shirts and (ahem) lanyards, the safety of your favourite forum is assured, from a financial perspective at least, for at least the next 12 months.  Many thanks to all that have made donations so far, and please remember that this is a continuous process - your donations will always be necessary and welcome.

The committee is beavering away looking at ways to 1) reduce the level of expenditure whilst, at worst, maintaining the current level of service, and 2) to sustain the necessary level of income to ensure the longer term future of CA.

The first initiative is the production and sale of CA calendars - see General Discussion board.  These have been reasonably priced, and if successful, should provide a reasonable profit for the fund.

Other merchandise will be on offer in due course.  The next will start the annual T shirt design jamboree which will commence sometime in December!!

I hope that this statement will now allow you to be able to sleep better tonight, knowing that Club Arnage will still be there when you wake up.   Smiley Smiley

Thanks Del.

It's good to know I will have CA for company through the dark winter (and summer at this rate!)

Well done all concerned.
