Mark, my son Anthony, has expressed an interest to come along too on the Sunday if there are spaces available.
He's got an Audi S2 that needs a good thrashing (just like it's owner).

List for entries now closed: those going this time are:

Saturday - Peter2007 + Howard Gold - (TVR + Subaru Impreza)
Sunday - garyfrogeye, perdu, BobT + son, MG Mark + missus - (Frogeye, 2 midgets, an MGA and an MGF - hhmm - a bit of a theme there)

All the best and I'll post details of the next one (likely to be in April) as soon as I know them

Unless I'm very much mistaken, I think Bob T's son intends to drive his (Hot) Audi to the track too.

Just make sure that the wheel bolts are tight.....and that the rad does not self-destruct on the way there!

That had been the intention, but Bob let me know that unfortunately "it seems his car will not be ready for Marham as he probably won't have finished rebuilding his replacement suspension and brakes before then. A lot of machining work to do and it's a long story..."  So I understand that the the plan is for Bob to show him a thing or two in his Midget and, if the lad is good enough to avoid the thrashing that Bob seems to think he deserves, he may even get to pilot it. Indeed - it will be quite nice to have someone looking after the drivers and their steeds for a change.  Just have to make sure that BobT doesn't put him off coming now!

Well, he's definitely coming I'm just not sure about letting him loose on the Midget. Don't know if my halfshafts can take his clodhopper boots Grin
The S2 is in the process of transplanting much needed Porker 996 discs on the back to match the front ones but it entails machining some RS2 hubs. Also, he's now got 2 naffed radiators!

Sorry Bill, no spare shocks but know what you mean about mini kids paying OTT. Let you know if I get my adjustables before Marham and you can have mine to play with.

Bill,

I may have a pair of Koni (Spridget) adjustables which came with my FL rear kit, which you could have on very permanant loan if that helps?

More wolf in sheep's clothing bits then in the Midget corner - it's obviously getting even more serious now  Grin

Mine may seem a bit like a wolf in sheeps clothing but it's a wolf who's heart is on it's last legs. I wouldn't be surprised if it experiences full cardiac arrest somewhere between Marham and London on the way home (or sooner).
