Hey all!
Does anyone have a map of the zones for MB, does one exist? I am Zone E which i guess is further away from the village, I have only been in Houx (numbered) Beausejour (could not be less numbered) and KN which was much the same.
Is the zone idea a new one?
Ed

We arrived thursday late morning and camped in Zone E two years ago (ok it wasn't zoned then but that's where we were) and there was plenty of space. Friday was pushing it. You should be fine, especially if people try to camp nearer than their allocated zone.

Great thanks for the reassurance Rob, I take my Dad every year and he's gone and done his back in. The walk from Beausejour would not have worked! MB should make it bearable for him!
Thanks for the help (and ticket!!)

Ask people when you first arrive if they (ACO) :police:are making you camp in the stated zone, if not camp where you want, i think that by thusday PM, they will have given up on trying to sort the mess out that they have created, thats my suggestion.

What? As a bona fide Liverpool Girl (ahem, I was actually born in Ormskirk which technically is Lancashire but is way too close to Kirkby ) - I take umbridge at that - next you will be asking us to break into your car n stuff when you get pissed and lose your keys at Le Mans. Brian darling - presume I can still fit in my small (10 man ) frame tent next to you, Jimmy, Ian, Mike and Paul this year. I have a real ticket and everything - oh and might even think more about the curry this time. Lisa

Brian - 60 special hugs on a certain day for you this year. I wil leave the 10 men tied up in the boot of the car - they wont want for much as it happens - I have to tell you though, I have packed and repacked them in preparation for my journey but keep getting that poor small bloke's doo dah stuck in the boot lid when I give it a bit of a slam shut. seeya soon - ask Mike C to pass on my mobile number in case I break down on the way with 10 useless men in the back. Just spoke to Lang Tall, as he just arrived at the gate. At the moment the French are making 35 sq. metre boxes, and according to the French at the gate the pitch will be decided by entry. So the first to come in for zone B will get B1, the next will get B2, etc... Those who are at the gate now have already decided they are going to pick their own pitch. Of course this is a stupid system again. It would mean that I would have to build up the stage somewhere else than the bar of Max would be... Plonking French!

But if Marius has alle the tickets, that would mean we have ten spaces all put together, or not?

You would hope so, but I guess nothing is guaranteed where the ACO are concerned!! Has he got my receipt as well otherwise saving us an area might be a bit of a problem!!
