Guys and gals, Several raceteams have provided us with some collectibles to be auctioned for the British cancerfund. Those items vary a lot off course, but included are some VIP entrance passes for a LMS race  As you can imagine, we prefer cash on delivery that night. The auction will be held during the fridaynight DfH party, planning is to do it around 10 pm, hoping most of you won't be too drunk then. If you wan't to donate one of your kidneys we will be happy to auction it Bob! Everything for the good cause! |

As you can imagine, we prefer cash on delivery that night. LangTall - it would be a shame to limit the bids becuse folk run out of cash (or because folk like me thrive on plastic). How about having a laptop set up with either a wi-fi connection, or else a GSM link onto the web, connected to the charity online donation web page? Under DfH supervision folks could directly pay for their winnings using plastic. |

Idea isn't that bad, but as we have no one with a wifi or UMTS connection (GSM is very costly and also very slow) I see a problem there. Or someone should offer one?
