Just after a bit of info re access to Houx.  I'm not sure exactly which way is north, but....
if we consider the main vehicular entrance/exit is at the east end of the campsite, I know that there is access to the track via the footbridge to the north of the campsite behind the cafe and showerblock, but it is quite a long walk to the pit straight from there. Is there also pedestrian access to the circuit from the west end of the campsite?  I remember seeing a new tunnel behind the pits last year but we didn't get a chance to try it. Any chance it can be used to get to Houx...it would be a lot quicker than walking round?

Cheers, Neil.

Neil,

As far as I can remember, there is no access to this tunnel from Houx.
We stayed in Karting last year which benefits from this new tunnel under the Bugatti - it leads right into the junction behind the paddock area.
I seem to remember metal fencing running all around the West side (at the west end of the road running through Houx) with no visible access for cars or pedestrians. However I remember seeing the fence being breached on a few occasions.

Access or no access, it would still be the same walking distance.

Baldrick, my Lord! But I can change it to Ploppy if it'll make things easier.

Rocket,

There is an access as you describe to the west of Houx, its probably more like north west corner, I've been through it myself many times. There are in fact showers and wc's at that corner as well.

There is also an entrance to the south west corner as well which is handy for nipping across to Karting Nord.

Thanks for the replies chaps. It looks like we should do a little more exploring around that end of the campsite to see what we can find!
Cheers, Neil.
