Andy Zarse...

Apparently we have purchased a 17-seater LDV Convoy!

Hope you like the smell of Gaulloise, cos I reckon you're going to enjoy a ride in the tow truck.

The LDV is, as I'm sure you all know, basically a Leyland Sherpa, designed in the early seventies. New bits and bobs like engines now of course, but it's a very old design made on what was then a decrepid production line. It was itself based on the 1960 Austin J4 type thingy and they share some body panels to this very day.

It's a good job I smoke then!

Apparently it passed it's 'dry run'...so we can only hope and pray that we make it there and back!
