Chances are his English is far better than mine already Kids seem to go to school to learn stuff "sur le continong" Whereas over here they seem to learn palm-thumb co-ordination and that's not far off the lot! Nice looking lad Paddy, but where does he get that awfully bad taste in tee shirts?  I am hoping to make the 'Stone for at least some of the race, but all of the weekend is unlikely at the moment... But we live in hope (when we isn't living in HA) |

Any plans for Sat night yet? Pub? BBQ? Live band JPC? Anything with alcohol will go, me thinks Never touch a drop myself- I'm a Doctor! How come I don't believe you? Hope you've got him practising his English Paddy He's bilingual Good lad - so we can say "boy, bring me more beer"? Is Mrs Paddy English? My sister lives in Germany and her kids are English/German bilingual - although the mixing of languages was always quite fun in the beginning |

Yep, from Boremouth Bilingual can be quite funny, especially the grammar At 13 my niece on holiday in England went off to deck an English lad who said "well smart German bird" to his mate as they walked by her. She didn't really understand what it meant and was convinced it was some sort of insult and went off to smack him with me trying to drag her back and explain that it was actually a compliment |
