Hi,
Not going in a Saab, but my brother in law who is going with me, is a big Saab fan and owns a 900 Turbo.

Might have done but i have just sold my classic turbo to a mate. He wants to take it down this year but will prob take it down to the classic next year instead. Good car for a Lm attack as you can get loads of gear in!

We were going to try my brothers MX5, but as I am 6ft 4 ins my knees are round my chin and my head creates a bump in the roof. First year was my MR2 mk2 but had to sell due to back injury. At least Sven the Saab is comfortable, and when in sports mode and the turbo kicks in it can move quite respectively. Looking forward to the experience again. Chris

My first year and on through to my 9th (or 10th ... I forget) were done on a MR2 Mk2 as well! ... it was surprising how much gear you can get into it! Mine had to go when I moved to Manchester and the insurance was more than the car was worth (and various bits started to threaten to drop off).....I actually cried real tears when I left the old girl as trade in. Mind you, I now have a rather boring Toyota Corolla hatchback and can take everything INCLUDING the kitchen sink and a push bike! I dont get waved at on the way to the ferry now tho F

We might have a classic turbo T16 a la Paradise Club with us if Dan (of N138.net t-shirt fame) can find one between now and then. Anyone know of a good one for sale at the mo?

Me! However given that mine is a GM derived diesel towing a trailer I'm not sure that it's what you were looking for!

This film should be played at high volume, so don't come complaining about it! And who the hell is Steve?

Oh yeah, meant to say, mine is called Sven too! Very original! I considered 'Goran', but not a winner , perhaps 'Bo', little Bo peep , perhaps not. 'Gunnar', this a good name but perhaps a little aggressive for a Saab , what about 'Anders', seems like an after thought . No 'Sven' whether it is original or not it suits.
