We could be in for a good race in June. Peugeot wins first time out in Monza in the LMS race.

I really hope that they can be as fast as the Audi's and stay reliable.

All the newspaper stands outside shops round here were carrying this as their headline - great to see the enthusiasm for the home team. Allez les bleus (sorry, noirs et blancs).

Yes and when Aston beat Corvette on their debut at Sebring in 2005, you would have needed a microscope to spot the article in the back pages of the Times.

The pace of the Peugeots on their first outing was nothing short of incredible, the only car to keep pace even slightly was when Mucke was driving the Charouz Lola before Gounon smashed into him.

I think Audi might be a little bit more concerned now. Le Mans is shaping up to be a real Battle Royale.
