Now that 2007 is sorted I've decided to try and get tickets direct from the ACO for 2008.  I understand that I can use the 2007 form and just change the dates but I have a few questions (which I'm sure have been answered before elsewhere so appologies now).

1. Is it too early to send off the form for 2008?
2. I'm not a member of the ACO so do I leave client No. and ACO member No. at the top of the form empty?
3. Can I put my work address down so that there's a fighting chance someone is around when UPS come to deliver the tickets?
4. I assume that Lay-By is the Campsites?
5. Should I enter this years prices or leave blank?

I think that's it.

Cheers

1. Yes.  It should arrive with the ACO on PQ weekend of the '07 race.
2. Your client number can be left blank as they'll tie it in with last year's booking. However it is on your documentation for this year (the five figure number before the /) and adding it can't do any harm.  Leave ACO number blank.
3. Not if it doesn't tie in with your credit card address.
4.Yes
5. Leave blank

Once you get your "failed to deliver" notice from UPS it gives a phone number and you can call and ask them to deliver to an alternative address (office or neighbour) - or ask them to just deliver it at your home without requiring a signature if your home letterbox is secure.

I got them to deliver to my office in this way, and it arrived at work the next morning before I did!

I advised a colleague who wants to apply for 2008 tickets to download the 2007 booking form from the ACO website, fill it in and send it off. He's just called me to say that he can't find it on their website. I've now looked myself and nor can I.......... Huh

Could someone pleeeeeeeeeze help me out!  Cry
