Fax, I'm gonna pull you up on that one! Would these babies have looked so good without that splash of green?

I stood by one one these V12 beauties warming up in the pits at the classic. I made my teeth ache!

I personally like the new livery its different not a shade of blue you see on racing cars too often, I think it will stand out quite well from the crowd !

Hi Andy, yes the Matra looks great, but as I recall, the green trim was only on one car. Matra used a few different colors to identify one car from another (much as teams still do today), for example in '72 the Ganley-Cevert car had yellow trim, and I think Amon-Beltoise was red. I think the green was usually only on Pesca's mounts.
