Screwed up my Sebring pictures

Hi,

I thought that Walgreens hadn't put all my pictures from 1 memory card onto CD for me. However, that isn't the case and i just realised that my missing pictures were the ones on my 2 GB card (These are basically about 1400 pictures from race day at Sebring) I just checked my 2 GB card to see if I could down load them, and sods law, thats the card that I deleted the other day so take a few pictures on it.

My one saving grace however is that I downloaded all my Sebring pictures onto ATC Gregs lap top when I visited after Sebring. So I am praying to whoever is listening that Greg or Carolyn hasn't deleted them from the lap top yet.

Try one of the programs like Active Undelete. When you delete you just knock the name of but the data is still there to be written over. You can get undelete programs that 'may' recover your lost pics.

Chris - I've just mailed you a recovery tool but it's 5mb. Let me know if you get it. If not, I have an alternative method to get it to you

I finally got to see the lost deleted pictures today after a racing friend managed to salvage the images from my memory card. Not had a chance to look through them all yet, but whilst quickly looking through one of the 4 CD's, I did come across this strange picture. I result of data from several pictures that have come together to form this picture.

Chris, I never did get a CD from AKCGreg. but your images were still
on the laptop. So eventually I shoud be able to get you a full set as well.

glad you got "recovered" can't wait to see the pics.
