We've discussed this here http://www.clubarnage.com/forum/index.php?topic=6363.0but I now have a bit more time so want to start some route and food planning. Who is genuninely interested in coming? Leave around 11.30, lunch at 13.00, leave bar about 14.00, arrive St Sat 15.30 ish. I'll need some real commitment as to numbers as I'll have to order food in advance (I'm going to suggest that we just use the cold buffet which is always on at lunchtime.) < complete information and route details are now attached - Steve >

Me Termie, me me me! I will be there. Gary will be aiming to join us at St Sat but he'll be along soon to confirm. I doubt if he will be able to "do" lunch beforehand as he is a Friday afternoon arriver! Bill

Purdu is correct. Friday afternoon arrival if I'm lucky, so it'll be a phone call to find out where you all are and a meet up then. Save me a plate of Choucroute garnie please.

My crowd normally go to St Saturnin any way, so we should be definate. However, I'll send them a round robin and confirm later.

Just bumping this one up front. If there isn't enough interest I will not bother with it. I'll leave this running until the end of the month (April) and if there aren't enought takers,I will just do the handprint ceremony on Friday morning and then go to St Sat for lunch.
Anybody who would prefer that as an alternative, we could drive out through the countryside to my bar afterwards if we feel like it. Less organising and less hassle for me.

Got a spare seat old boy? Methinks a Transit might be slightly out of place ;-)

I can mail the CBW people to make sure there's food! Lots of room in our vehicles. Three spaces in the Mondie -those with very short legs only in the back - and 3 in my roller-skate.

Count me in - whatever the arrangements, I'll plan to slot in with the MGA.

Right - I've done a poll.
Alternative 1 : Meet near circuit, drive out to my bar at St Cosme for lunch, then arrive St Sat about 15.30.
Alternative 2 : Meet for lunch at St Sat, then drive out in the afternoon with a beer at the bar en route.

Deb, I've had replies from my bunch. We'll all up for it - so that's 5 cars (10 people).
We're happy with either option - will take the majority decision.
