Does anyone know the name of the pub near to the main entrance at the circuit?

Even better, would be the contact details.

(if you turn right out of the main entrance, past the museum, through the under pass, and the pub is on the right hand side, set back from the road slightly).

Thank you.

This one?

Some call it the Heineken Bar, some call it the Sports Bar. It is in fact Hell's Gate.

I remember vauguely after copious quantities of stella on the sunday night in the late 80's (or 90/91) standing on a table and singing the rugby 'music man' song with the steve wright dalek voice and getting the whole bar (danes included) a rockin and a rollin Wink

them were the days Cool

Doing a search (Aux Portes du Circuit) in the French yellow pages only finds a bar in the middle of Le Mans or a bar in Arnage.

Anyone know if it goes by another name?

Jeannine Belnou is the owner and has kept the camping for the Jaguar club for years. The name of the bar is as shown but is not in the Le Mans section of the directory but Laigné. The address is Rue de Laigné, 72100, Le Mans, France and the telephone number 00332 43 72 61 80. She doesn't speak english at all. Contact me if you need something since she is a friend of mine, but don't ask for camping because a refusal might offend.
