sorry if I am arriving a bit late to discussion, I wanted to know if it's still possible to place an order for one of the CA shirts.
And, if so, are there options for buying one from here in the States? (I noted a UK address for payment in 1st post of this thread.)

You're a week or so too late.
I had to start this process early so that the finished product was available in time for Sebring - if you browse through the other 'T Shirt' thread, you'll see that the whole design process is a communal affair, and so takes quite a time to accomplish. I only ordered on the printer for orders I had been given up to the cut-off time and it would be expensive to put on a second print run as the set-up costs (the bulk of the cost of the final product) would be prohibitive on just a few shirts.
There would have been no problem about ordering/payment/shipment to the US (I accepted Paypal).
Keep it in mind to look in here in the January/February time-frame for next years offering.
