Somebody on another forum reckons they have just got a p&o crossing (he says at a reasonable time) for £15 each way from their website.  Don't think this is  a wind up.  May be useful if somebody's booking, that they try it?

Well spotted Termie!
Yup it is easily possible to get £15 each way from their site http://www.poferries.com/tourist/ at the moment.
That's cheaper than Speedferries.

A pox on them... a pox on them I say. Bloody Condor have released their timetable and I cannot get to France (St Malo) until 19.30.

Rubbish Twats... they screwed up Emeraude, pushed back the times last year and now got even effin bloody worse with a 16.30 sailing... twats...

Sorry but I am seriously peeeeeeed off.

Really, Martin, I'm still trying to find out the time of my ferry in January and can't get a sensible response from their web site.  Do you have a link?
This lot (Condor) are seriously cr*p aren't they?  Must be a real pain being held to ransom by such a bunch of t*ss*rs.

As far as the fuel surcharge is concerned (£6?) it's still quite good, no?

As usual I have left it too late again to book a crossing (well not late, i booked in march last year), sodding Brittany want £535 per car this year from pompy to caen, up from just under £400 last year. Any sugestions (apart from the obvious sarky ones!!)
One of the longer crossings would be ideal as its a 1100 mile round trip anyway from oop ere and the shorter crossings would put another 5-600 miles on top (plus a night crossing is the only time I get any kipp, never find the time for it once there!)
