John you were missed this weekend, dude. Real shame you didn't make it - Catch-up again at Sebring, right?

Back again guys. Was reading over some of my previous post and had become disenchanted with the persona Fax had become, far too abrasive and obnoxious. Not the kind of chap I'd like to hangout at the pub with. John's relpaced him replaced with a more mild mannered, tolerable variant. That said, I still think Senna was a jerk and F1 is stinking pooh Fax

I'm afraid new Fax might fall off his rocker when I mention that the IRL has horned in on ALMS weekend at Mid-Ohio and will be racing on Sunday, moving the ALMS back to Saturday. That's one less race weekend for me now.

Afternoon Guys, You guys are making me all warm and fuzzy with the welcome backs, where's Andy to give me a nice reaming to bring me crashing back to earth Seriously, as I mentioned to a few of our mates in PM's I began to get concerned that the folks on here who've never met me, might begin to think I was actually like Fax in person...Yikes! IRL with the ALMS at Mid-Ohio? Say it aint so! Heresy! Following on the heels the ticket rip-off Barb Trueman's lot pulled on the bike crowd for the Superbike finale, I'm having a hard time with my beloved home circuit. Les Greibling is turning over in his grave. Fax

I quite liked the miserable, abrassive, arguementative son of a bitch, that was the Mk1 version. Still, can't have everything. Good to see you back John.

Yes I agree Nobby, I don't much like the sound of this fluffy new alter ego, it's a bit Jekyll and Hyde. I want miserable and argumentative, I want caustic and cutting and I want perceptive and provocative not to mention perspicatious and perfunctory. It suited the proper persona just fine. Welcome back Fax, but get a grip and get bolshie again.
